H. Grace Fuller, Owner and Lead Consultant, is based in Virginia. Grace has a 20+ year career focused on business applications of human behavior – as a certified expert (PRC) in Qualitative Marketing and Social Research. She applies her classic training in Ethnography, Anthropology, and Psychology when conducting qualitative research for regional, national, and international businesses and organizations.

Grace has assisted clients throughout North America in reaching their business and professional goals. As a qualitative market research industry expert, she has spoken at professional conferences, conducted workshops, been quoted in industry textbooks, and has served on marketing research association boards and chaired standing committees.

Grace has trained professionals in Mexico and advertising and marketing research professionals from around the world as a Master Trainer at the RIVA Training Institute. She has coached over 500 beginning and advanced professionals from North America and around the world in qualitative research, focus group moderating, specialty techniques for group facilitation, team building, speech communications, and data analysis and reporting. She is a Career Coach to entrepreneurs and research professionals.

Grace is a Creativity Catalyst for organizations. She trained at the Creative Problem Solving Institute and in experiential theater, improv, theater production, and creative writing.

Grace holds a Master Moderator™ certificate from the RIVA Training Institute and Professional Researcher Certification™ (PRC) at the Expert Level, one of only a handful of people who hold both distinctions. She has earned her BA degree at Auburn University and a MA degree from Old Dominion University, in Cultural Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Speech Communications, Theater, Creative Writing, and cross-cultural Humanities.

For Grace, laughter is the lubricant of life. She’s also into dirt – as an archaeologist, potter, gardener, and child-prodigy Chef of extraordinary mud-pies.
